Nepo packages by city
Nepo starts with ₦500,000, Charisma 2, a furnished home with parent-paid rent, and a Toyota Prado. Fuel still costs money. The starting home and job depend on the city.
| City | Home | Starting role | Level | Base pay / shift |

LAPO starting cash by home
A regular LAPO start adds a ₦60,000 loan to the chosen home’s base balance. That produces ₦76,000 or ₦96,000 in opening cash, with ₦72,000 owed. You also start with Hustle 2 and 25% faster skill learning.
| Home | City | Home base + loan | Total starting cash | Weekly rent + loan |

The weekly cost column combines ordinary rent and a full loan instalment. It excludes food, fuel, transport and other spending; the rent bill and loan collection have separate schedules.
The UNILAG student exception
The fresher start at Hall of Residence · UNILAG, Akoka begins with ₦14,000 and no LAPO debt. Weekly rent is ₦1,200, the allowance is ₦3,000 every Monday, and the first session’s fees are paid. The regular ₦60,000 loan is not added to this package.
When LAPO repayments are collected
The regular loan is collected in ₦12,000 instalments every seven days, from 10:00 on the Lagos clock displayed in the game. Keep the next repayment available alongside rent, which is collected on Saturday from 09:00.
If you cannot cover an instalment, the late penalty is 10% of that missed payment—normally ₦1,200 on a full ₦12,000 instalment. It is not 10% of the whole outstanding loan.
Plan around your current balance
Starting cash is a one-time balance. Set aside the rent and loan payment you actually owe, then budget food, travel and upgrades from what remains. Use the salary and first-week budget calculator with your current balance and add any repayment due in the next seven days under one-off expenses.
Compare later moves in the housing and rent table. Moving does not pay out another home starting balance.
Can you choose or reroll your background?
The birth lottery is once per account. Starting a new life does not reroll the result, so plan around the background your account received.
