Create an account or sign in
The original game’s sign-up form asks for a name, username and password. Passwords must contain at least six characters. The form also offers an optional recovery email and asks you to accept the terms confirming that you are 18 or older.
Add a recovery email if you want to be able to recover a forgotten password. The form explains that password recovery is unavailable without it.
If you already play, use your existing account. The creator’s 3 October address update says the new game address keeps the same account, money, house and relationships, and that the earlier address continues working.

The venue’s entry panel may ask you to sign in. For example, Office opens Marina Towers for guests, then requires an account to enter.
Use the game’s visible controls for any additional actions. Character controls and the available menu choices can vary with the part of the game you have opened.
Playing from a phone or tablet
Open the Play link in your device’s browser and use the original game’s on-screen controls. This guide adjusts to smaller screens, so you can return to it without losing your place.
Game rendering and account access depend on the original site and your browser. If the city does not load in one browser, try a current alternative. A stable connection also helps the 3D scene finish loading.
Keep the game in its own tab while reading a guide. Browser window handling differs between phones and desktops, so a launch may appear as a tab instead of a separate window.
A quick troubleshooting order
- The Play button opens nothing.
Look for the direct game link beneath it. Open that link in a new tab, or allow this site to open the requested game window.
- The game opens but the city is blank.
Allow time for the initial 3D scene to load. If it remains blank, reload once, then try a current browser and a stable connection.
- You can see a venue but cannot enter.
Check whether the entry panel is asking for an account. Guests can open some panels before signing in.
- You forgot your password.
Use the original game’s recovery option with the recovery email attached to your account. This guide cannot reset game passwords.
- A guide and the game show different options.
